Food Inventory for yesterday:
- Special K with milk for breakfast
- 1.5litres of water
- Special K with milk for tea (no lunch)
- 1egg ommelette with cheese and beans for supper

This morning I weighed in at 53.3kg, so I'm not losing too much weight (I haven't done any exercise) but I'm not putting any on so it's fine :)

So I just weighed myself this morning before breakfast, I've been up just under an hour, and I'm 53.5kg :D
So not much, but in just one day that's fine. I didn't even do any exercise yesterday, I just walked to the shop and back which is like 1/2minutes walk.

Food Inventory (for yesterday):
-special k and milk for breakfast
-rice, quorn chicken, brussell sprouts with cheese for lunch
-special k with milk for tea/supper
-1.5litres volvic touch of strawberry throughout the day
So I did perfectly fine yesterday :) Could've been better if I didn't have that meal for lunch, I'm sure I would've been okay without it but I was at home all day feeling rough so I think I needed it yesterday. Also, mum offered to make me scrambled egg on toast and all sorts for tea because I wasn't very well and Julian bought chocolate eclairs!! But I managed to decline it all.

So today I've started the Special K diet - 2weeks of eating a bowl of Special K for breakfast, and then another for either lunch or tea. The 3rd meal should be small and healthy, however I'm only having the third meal if I'm really starving; otherwise I will just have a piece of fruit or some carrot sticks or something. I'm also doing the Volvic Challenge for these two weeks - drink 1.5litres of water(volvic) every day for 14days. I know I don't drink anywhere near as much as I should (the doctor told me) so hopefully this will be really good for me and might even help with my dry skin (bleurgh!)
This morning, I weighed in at 53.8kg which is a good start as I ate a lot of crap over the weekend and was expecting to be over 54kg. I was supposed to play football this morning but since I didn't go to training I will make a trip down to Asda and use that as my exercise for today. The hill back up is very steep (lots of steps) and I'll be carrying 4.5 litres of water so it should be a pretty good workout!
Tonight I will post my food inventory for the day and hopefully I won't have given in to temptation, I'm feeling pretty good about this diet today though.
